Wellington has defined a series of properties along the Forest Hill Boulevard corridor as the MidTowne area. This area serves as the spine corridor through Wellington and includes several important properties that help to define the City’s identity. These include, but are not limited to, the continued development of the Town Center, improvements to Forest Hill Boulevard, residential enhancements to the neighborhoods in the vicinity including French Quarter, Shakerwood, Sturbridge Village, 12th Fairway, and Montauk Village, among others. The renovation of several existing commercial centers will also be addressed along with the development of vacant parcels including the North course golf parcel.
