Catch & Release

Campers will learn Florida rules as well as fishing basics. All participants will receive a rod and reel to keep. Snacks will be

Horseback Riding Camp for All Abilities

Ages 8 to 16

This inclusionary camp takes place at our fully accessible barn and covered arena. Riders of all abilities aged 8-16 are welcome. No horse experience is necessary. Riders will be divided into small groups based on their experience and ability. Your child will be taught by certified instructors on horses appropriate for all levels. This camp will introduce your child to basic equestrian skills and horse care. Campers will build confidence and independence caring for their horse and enjoying time outdoors at the farm.

NEW! Rowing Camp – Ages 12-16

Taught by Certified US Rowing Level II Instructor, Doug Cody. This camp is designed for the complete beginner or intermediate-level rower.  Students will spend most of the time on the water learning and practicing all the skills associated with sculling.  Additional instruction will cover equipment, boat care and maintenance, training and racing.  Boats designed for beginning rowers are available, as well as boats suited to more advanced students.

WSC World Cup Soccer Camp

Ages 6 to 18

This skills camp will be run and directed by Wellington Soccer Club’s Director of Coaching Patrick Zoete. Patrick and his experienced staff will provide an outstanding educational-based soccer camp which will focus on technical skills training, technique, tactics, and field positioning. There will also be goal keepers specific training.   

All participants must wear shin guards and non-metal cleats. They should also bring their own ball, water bottle, and lunch. All participants will receive a T-shirt.

This Volleyball camp is for boys and girls. It will allow the beginner or intermediate player the chance to learn basic skill development, fundamentals, team strategies, and have a positive environment to learn the game of volleyball. It will provide your child with all of the necessary skills to be successful in their upcoming volleyball season. Taught by Coach Kathy Bourque. Kneepads suggested but not required.

Youth Leagues

Fall Little League Baseball

Ages 4 to 16

In-person registration required. This baseball program will be played under Little League rules. Coaches, Sponsors and Volunteers needed. Applications for these positions will be available on the scheduled registration dates and times. Divisions close as they reach capacity.  Late registrations will go on a waiting list. A copy of the birth certificate is required along with 2 forms of residential identification (i.e.:  Drivers License, Utility bill, etc.) at time of registration. Please review new bat standard on www.LittleLeague.org—all bats must now have the USA standard stamp.

Season: Season runs September 2019 through November 2019. Practices begin September 7th and games begin September 21st (1-2 games per week, and 1-2 practices per week). All schedules are subject to change. All schedules are subject to change. Any division that has fewer than 4 teams may be subject to inter-league play between other Little League chartered cities within PB County.

HapKiDo (Self-Defense)

Ages 10 to Adult

It’s safe, practical and effective. Lose weight and stay in shape, for both women and men. Learn at your own speed. This class includes an extensive variety of joint locks, kicks, strikes, take downs, and disarming techniques. Each student will need to purchase an annual membership ($40 initial fee, $30 to renew) with the International HapKiDo Federation. This fee is payable to the instructor on the first day of class.

Soccer Shots – Ages 2 and 3*

Soccer Shots is an engaging children’s soccer program with a focus on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication.

Mini (2 years old)*—Soccer Shots Mini is a high energy program introducing children to fundamental soccer principles, such as using your feet, dribbling, and the basic rules of playing the game. Children will learn to love soccer through fun games, songs, and positive reinforcement!

Classic (3 years old)*—Soccer Shots Classic utilizes creative imaginative games to focus on basic soccer skills like dribbling, passing, and shooting. We also highlight a positive character trait each session such as respect, teamwork, and appreciation!

Wrestling

Wrestling – Ages 5 to 18 (Grades K–12)

Competitive team program for all experience levels. This session will focus on freestyle wrestling. Wrestling shoes are required. Each participant is required to join AAU Wrestling, a $16 annual membership, payable to the instructor.
