[ARCHIVED] Wellington Parks and Facilities Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday Hours

Wellington’s Village Park Gym, Aquatics Complex, and Community Center will be closed on Monday, January 17, 2022, in observance of the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday. 

Wellington’s Tennis Center will be open for normal hours, from 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM For information on the tennis facility or programs, visit www.wellingtonfl.gov/Tennis.

The following parks will be open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

  • Olympia Park, 
  • Peaceful Waters Sanctuary
  • Tiger Shark Cove Park (ballfields)
  • Tiger Shark Cove Playground
  • Village Park (outside areas and restrooms only)
  • Wellington Environmental Preserve at the Marjory Stoneman Douglas Everglades Habitat (Section 24)
  • Wellington Green Park (10-acre site) 

Scott’s Place Playground and Greenview Shores Park will be open from 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM, and Community Park will be open normal hours, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM
