Important Information on Program Registration

As a reminder, Wellington’s Parks & Recreation Department has recently launched its new cloud-based recreation management solution, CivicRec. In order to ensure accuracy of information in the system and the best experience for all, the department is requiring all users to create a new account in-person the first time they register for a program or reserve a facility. Two forms of identification will be required to establish proof of residency (i.e. driver’s license and utility bill), and a birth certificate is required for registering a child in a program.

For additional information on available programs and to register online (existing users) visit Wellington’s CivicRec webpage. For assistance, contact the department at 561-791-4005.

Please note that some programs require in-person registration. In-person registration for most programs may be completed at the Village Park Gym (11700 Pierson Road). Registration for tennis and swim programs may be completed at the Tennis Center (3100 Lyons Road) and Aquatics Complex (12072 Forest Hill Boulevard) respectively.
