Wellington has launched a new online payment system for utility bills. The new system provides safe, easy, and convenient ways for Wellington customers to pay utility bills online.
Customers may now:
- View bills and/or make a payment from anywhere with internet access.
- Set AutoPay to pay the balance of a utility bill on the due date.
- Go Paperless to reduce paper waste and clutter.
- If customers prefer not to pay online, they may still pay by phone, or drop-box (located outside of Village Hall).
For customer safety and security, payment information from the previous online payment system was not migrated to the new system. New and existing Wellington Utility customers will need to register their account in the new system to re-enroll in AutoPay. Customers may register and re-enroll at Wellingtonfl.gov/WaterPayment.
For more information, including User Guides and a list of FAQs, visit the Village’s Utility Payment Information page.
Wellington’s Utility Billing Department will resume normal business practices and billing procedures on August 20, 2020. The Utility Billing conversion will take approximately two full cycles to normalize. During this process, Wellington is preparing for extensive call center and customer service demands. Customers may expect longer wait times during the initial transition phase. We appreciate everyone’s patience as we launch the new billing system.
Customers with payment questions or wanting to set up a payment plan may contact the Utility Billing Department at (561) 791-4010 or via email at customerservice@wellingtonfl.gov.
