[ARCHIVED] Tropical Storm Isaias Update August 2

Storm Update

Wellington is no longer under a Tropical Storm Warning. Hurricane Isaias, now a tropical storm continues to move up the coast of Florida. While Tropical Storm Isaias is no longer a threat to Palm Beach County, according to the National Weather Service, localized showers and squalls are still possible from the outer bands of the storm throughout the day.

Residents should be aware of the following updates:

Waste Collection of household trash, recycling, and bulk will resume its normal schedule on Monday, August 3.

Wellington Parks and Facilities will open for normal hours of operations on Monday, August 3. Visit our Parks & Facilities web page for specific hours.  We remind our residents to play safe and smart. Continue to practice social distancing, wear facial coverings, and washing your hands often.
