Wellington’s Owner-Occupied Residential Rehabilitation Program is funded through The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG).  This program is offered to low and moderate-income single-family homeowners to assist with repairs and rehabilitation projects that will bring their homes into compliance with the Florida Building Code and address any health or safety hazards, per HUD guidelines, on a "first-eligible, first-served" basis.
