The Hometown Repair Program funded by the Village of Wellington provides assistance to low and moderate-income Village of Wellington homeowners. This financial assistance is in the form of a 7-year forgivable loan. The grant’s purpose is to assist homeowners with program-approved repairs and home rehabilitation to bring the home into compliance with safe living standards and the Florida Building Code.
Before you apply:
The application is available through an online application portal. If you do not have access to a computer, please call 561-791-4000 to schedule an appointment to use our Village computers. During your appointment, be sure to bring all required documents and a flash drive.
Please note: Village staff will not be completing the applicant's application. They will only show the applicant how to use the Village scanner and computer.

Only one application per household will be considered. Please do not submit multiple applications.
If the application is missing documents, the application will be marked incomplete. The applicant will be required to complete and upload all required fields on the application for all household members over the age of eighteen (18).
