Community Conversations

Wellington invites residents to take part in the next conversations aimed at bringing the community together to engage in a dialogue on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Participants will gain insights on best practices and hear personal experiences.

Senior Diversity Executive & Leadership consultant, K. Michael Slater, Wellington’s Human Resources Director, Kim Gibbons, and Deputy Village Manager, Jim Barnes will facilitate each conversation.

One registration is equal to one login.

Participants under 18 MUST log on with a parent or guardian.
