Virtual Meeting Instructions
Pursuant to Executive Order No. 20-69, issued by the Office of Governor Ron DeSantis on March 20, 2020, municipalities may conduct meetings of their governing boards without having a quorum of its members present physically or at any specific location, and utilizing communications media technology such as telephonic or video conferencing, as provided by Section 120.54(5)(b)2, Florida Statutes. The Planning, Zoning and Adjustment Board will be conducted virtually using Zoom with no members of the Public in attendance at 12300 W. Forest Hill Boulevard.
To participate in the Planning, Zoning and Adjustment Board meeting on October 14, 2020, which begins at 7:00 PM, please watch the live stream broadcast via the Village of Wellington Website.
Provide public comment prior to the meeting:
You may also provide written comments by emailing to Cory Lyn Cramer by October 14 at 5:00 PM at firstname.lastname@example.org. Other available options are by regular mail at 12300 Forest Hill Boulevard, Wellington, FL 33414. If you request, your written comments will be read into the record at the appropriate time. All other written comments received by the deadline will be distributed to the Board/Committee members and the appropriate staff prior to the start of the meeting. Time limits will be enforced so written comments must be limited to 3 minutes.
