Utility Payment System Changes

Wellington announces the launch of the Village’s new water utility payment system in August 2020. The new software will improve efficiency, accessibility, and responsiveness to meet the needs of Wellington’s Utility customers. 

Due to this change, there will be temporary limitations of auto-pay services prior to the launch.

Wellington advises utility customers of the following changes.

Who is affected?

Utility customers currently enrolled in the autopay/direct debit option to pay their Wellington water bill.

How will this affect me if I am NOT on auto pay?

If you are not currently registered for automatic payments you do not need to change anything.  We encourage you to sign up for autopay when we launch the new system in August.

When will this affect me if I am currently registered for autopay?

If you are currently set up in our system for autopay your last automatic debit will occur on your payment due July 2020. After your payment is deducted in July, you will have to manually make monthly water utility payments online.

What will my payment options be during this time?

  • Manual payments using credit/debit cards or checking accounts ONLINE
  • Payment by automated phone system, 561-791-4010
  • Mail USPS, PO BOX 31632 Tampa, FL 33631-3632
  • Dropbox, using check or money order at 12300 Forest Hill Blvd.
