Utility Customer Services has Limited Availability for In-Person Services 
You may experience longer hold times. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

Due to staff shortages as a result of COVID, Wellington's general Customer Services & Utility Customer Service Department has limited availability for in-person payments and meetings. we continue to take protective measures designed to keep our residents, employees, and visitors safe. By limiting person-to-person contact, we are protecting members of the community and our employees. We will continue operating by phone, email, and online, during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. 

Use Online Services

Wellington strongly encourages the use of our online service options. Our website is a convenient way of completing almost all transactions online without traveling to Village Hall. The Village’s How Do I webpage is a one-stop-resource to Apply, Pay, or Register for Village services. Wellington also asks all customers to sign up for online Utility payments.

Many Village Hall services are available by phone and email. If you have any questions about Village services, please call us at 561-791-4000 or email customerservice@wellingtonfl.gov. Phones will be answered during regular business hours (Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).

Utility Payments 

View your account, make payments, or register for a new account through our Citizen Self Service Portal. 

Our payment drop box is located to the left of the entrance to Village Hall. Checks or money orders only. To make a payment via credit card, call 561-791-4010, option 1.
