Village Hall is open for in-person service Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Due to an increase in COVID-19 cases, specifically the Delta Variant, all Village employees, and visitors are required to wear a facial covering inside all Wellington facilities, regardless of vaccination status. Enhanced cleaning measures, which have been ongoing, continue.
The rapid spread of the COVID-19 Delta Variant is a public health concern, especially for those who are unvaccinated. Since the start of the pandemic, our greatest priority has been protecting the health and safety of our workforce and the residents we serve. Health professionals recommend all those over the age of 12 be vaccinated to prevent the severity of the illness and reduce spread.

Wellington strongly encourages the use of our online service options. Our website is a convenient way of completing almost all transactions online without traveling to Village Hall. The Village’s How Do I webpage is a one-stop-resource to Apply, Pay, or Register for Village services. Wellington also asks all customers to sign up for online Utility payments.

For everyone’s safety, we ask that visitors follow these simple measures when visiting Village facilities:
Wear facial covering: Anyone entering Village Hall, including those with an appointment, must wear a face mask or cloth face covering.
Observe social distancing: Keeping at least 6 feet of distance from other visitors and follow all markings on the floor.
Plexiglas shields have been installed in our customer service areas. Reminders for maintaining social distancing have also been placed throughout the lobby area.
