Council Meeting Instructions

Wellington holds monthly Council meetings at Village Hall, 12300 Forest Hill Boulevard, Wellington, FL 33414. Residents are encouraged to attend these public hearings.

How to Participate

Provide public comment prior to the meeting

You may provide written comments by emailing Village Clerk Chevelle Addie by 5:00 PM the day of the meeting at VillageClerk@wellingtonfl.gov

Request to Speak instructions

You must be present at the meeting to submit a comment card (located in the table in the back of the room) for the record. 

If you wish to read your comment, you may do so during the Public Comment portion of the meeting. Otherwise, you may submit the comment card to be read by the Vice Mayor at the appropriate time.
Time limits will be enforced;  comments must be limited to 3 minutes.
