All-Access Bracelets
Bracelets on sale now!
Admission is free; however, Unlimited all-access bracelets are required for all activities.
Pre-Sale (September 6 – October 20)

Day of Event
Bracelet sales on the day of the event end at 9:00 PM

- Existing CivicRec account holders may opt to purchase “tickets” online. The purchase of a Fall Festival ticket acts as proof of purchase for an all access bracelet. ONE Fall Festival “ticket” = ONE all access bracelet for the age group indicated.
- Ticket purchasers must visit Village Park or the Wellington Community Center prior to the event, or visit the WILL CALL tent on the day of the event, in order to redeem purchased tickets for their all access bracelets.

Fun & Activities
All-Access Bracelets
Unlimited all-access bracelet purchase is required for activities. Bracelets for adults are only needed for the haunted hallways, laser tag, and hay rides.

Food Trucks
The following food trucks are expected to be on site with sweet and savory food and beverage items for purchase. Food truck vendors are subject to change.
Check back prior to the event for the list of trucks expected to attned.
KultureCity Quiet Area
Wellington has partnered with KultureCity, to make Village programs and events inclusive for all residents.
The Village will have a Quiet Area located inside of the Village Park Gym in rooms 2A & 2B to provide a dedicated space for those who may need a quieter and more secure environment. This will promote an accommodating and positive experience for all guests.
Sensory Bags Available
Sensory bags are available for checkout at no cost. Bags are filled with items that can help lessen sensory overload.
Please be Respectful
Children in the room must be accompanied by an adult. Please remember to respect all other users of the space, and limit visits to approximately 15-20 minutes when possible.
Quiet Please
For guests not requiring use of this room, thank you for showing respect for others by refraining from opening the door and making loud noises within this vicinity.

Prior to attending an event, families and individuals can download the free KultureCity App from the Apple Store or Google Play Store to view the quiet room and where they can access it. Also, on the app is the Social Story which will provide a preview of what to expect while enjoying an event.
Directions & Parking
The event is located at Village Park, 11700 Pierson Road. Get directions on Google.
- Use the main park entrance off of Pierson Road to enter the event, the park entrance on 120th Ave S will be closed.
- Available on-site parking is limited.
FREE Shuttle Service
Guests are encouraged to take advantage of our free shuttle transportation service, sponsored by The Mall at Wellington Green. Shuttles are located at the Palm Tran bus stop near Macy's and begin running at 2:30 PM.
- What activities need a bracelet?

Participation in all activities requires the purchase of a bracelet, with the exception of purchases made with food trucks or vendors. Adult bracelets are only needed for the Haunted Hallways, laser tag, or the hay rides. Bracelets are non-refundable.
- Are there age restrictions for any activities?

Hay Rides
- Children must be 12 years of age to ride without an adult.
Haunted Hallways
- The Haunted Hallways are not recommended for children under the age of 10. Children must be 12 years of age to go through the Hallways without an adult.
- Can I buy bracelets on the day of the event?

Yes. Bracelets for Fall Festival can be purchased on the day of the event, during normal hours of operation at Village Park and the Wellington Community Center.
Bracelets will also be available for purchase at the event. Sales at the event end at 9:00 PM.
Bracelet prices are $10 per child, $5 per adult on the day of the event. Children 2 and under are free.

- Is parking available at the event?

Yes, however available parking is limited. We strongly encourage guests to take advantage of the free shuttle, located at the Palm Tran Bus Stop near Macy's, at The Mall at Wellington Green. Those still wishing to park at the event should try to arrive early and carpool if possible.
- Are the Haunted Hallways scary?

The Haunted Hallways are intended to be frightening and are not recommended for children under the age of 10. Children must be 12 years of age to go through the Hallways without an adult.

No sign-ups are necessary for the costume contests.
The pie eating contests are first come, first serve. Sign up at the sound stage.
- Are pets allowed at Fall Festival?

No pets (with the exception of service animals) are allowed in the park.
- Do vendors/food trucks accept credit cards?

While some vendors and food trucks may accept credit cards, it is recommended to have cash on hand for purchases.
