2024 Wellington Summer Camp

Ages 5 to 15

Campers are divided by age group for age-appropriate activities scheduled throughout the day. Activities may include athletics, arts and crafts, animal exhibits, games and entertainment, field trips (older age groups), magicians, movies, and more.

Those wishing to use online registration MUST create an account in-person at the Village Park Gymnasium before the start of camp registration. See the "Registration Requirements" section below for details.

Important Note on Camp Listings

The activity and session listings for Summer Camp will not be visible in the online catalog until the registration open dates and times for each age group.

Registration Open Dates by Age Group

  • Ages 5 to 6* 
    Registration opens at 8:00 AM on Monday, March 4, 2024
  • Ages 7-12* 
    Registration opens at 8:00 AM on Wednesday, March 6, 2024
  • Ages 13-15 
    Registration opens at 8:00 AM on Friday, March 8, 2024

*Important Note on Summer Birthdays — If your child is 6 and will be turning 7, or 12 turning 13, between June and August, it is important that you contact our office at 561-791-4005, prior to registration opening, for assistance.

Registration Requirements

  1. A birth certificate copy is required for first-time registrants.
  2. If you do NOT already have a CivicRec account and wish to use online registration...
    1. You MUST visit the Village Park Gymnasium in-person to create an account prior to the start of camp registration.
    2. Two forms of ID will be required to establish proof of residency (i.e. driver’s license and utility bill). 
  3. A Camper Information Packet must be completed for each registered camper and returned prior to the start of camp. 
    1. Packets should only be completed for registered participants.
    2. Submitting a packet without having a paid registration receipt DOES NOT act as a request for, or guarantee space for your child.
    3. Packets can be picked up in-person at Village Park, and returned in-person or submitted to

      Packets may also be completed online (recommended). See below for a link to complete and submit your form. You will be emailed a PDF copy of your packet upon submission.

Important Note
Packets should only be completed and submitted for registered campers (those with a receipt for registration).


  • Residents – $175 per week, per camper 
  • Non-Residents – $200 per week, per camper

Transfer & Cancellation Refund Policy

There is a $30 per camper, per week administrative fee deducted for transfer and refund requests. 

You must notify the office prior to the Monday of the week of camp you are requesting a transfer or cancellation for. Refunds are not issued on the Monday of that camp week. 

No refunds are considered once the activity/class has begun, except in the case of a documented medical emergency.
