The board shall adopt various schedules of approved materials, designs and charts of approved colors.

Affordable Housing Advisory Committee

Construction Board of Adjustments & Appeals
The board hears all appeals concerning interpretations and enforcement of this code, the technical codes, including those involving only the building code as specified in Wellington Code of Ordinances.

Education Committee
The Education Committee shall monitor and develop actions which may impact Wellington schools.

Equestrian Preserve Committee
The Equestrian Preserve Committee provides advice on protecting and preserving land, land development concerns, and equestrian rider safety.

Parks & Recreation Advisory Board
The Parks & Recreation Advisory Committee shall make recommendations concerning the development of parks, parkways, playgrounds and other recreational facilities within the Village; and recommend rules, regulations and fees.

Planning, Zoning & Adjustment Board
The Planning, Zoning and Adjustment Board shall make recommendations regarding proposed amendments to the comp plan, to land development regulations and on applications for rezoning and development permits.

Public Safety Committee
The Public Safety Committee shall provide information regarding community safety, assist in the city's Disaster Preparedness Plan, promote safety education and assist in establishing Neighborhood Watch groups.

Senior Advisory Committee
The Senior Task Force addresses issues presented by the Village Council relating to population needs as people age and the community’s ability to address these issues in the present and the future, and to make recommendations to the Village Council regarding such matters.

Special Magistrate
The Special Magistrate Hearing adopts rules for the conduct of its hearings by issuing orders commanding whatever steps are necessary to bring a violation into compliance.

Tree Board
The Tree Board shall develop an annual work plan in accordance with Tree City USA guidelines, submit estimated annual expenses and review planting projects with the Public Works director.
