Once a pin number is received, you can view your account history, usage, charges, and payment information. You can pay your utility bill by using a major credit/debit card or by entering your financial institutions routing and bank account numbers. Our drop box is located at 12300 Forest Hill Boulevard along the main drive aisle in front of Village Hall.
Our Customer Service Center is located at 12300 Forest Hill Boulevard, at the intersection of Forest Hill Boulevard and Wellington Trace. The lobby is open Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 1 PM, and by appointment only 1 to 5 PM and Fridays, 8 AM to 5 PM.
