HYPE Program

Community Services launched a free tutorial service for students kindergarten through twelfth grade who reside in the Village called the HYPE program. HYPE tutoring sessions are provided weekly from 2:30 PM to 5 PM at the Community Services Youth and Family Center. "Call For Tutors"

Wellington is committed to making our great hometown a place where everyone can live, learn, work, and play. As part of that commitment, our Community Service Department has developed a new afterschool tutoring program. Helping Youth by Providing Empowerment or "HYPE," provides assistance and empowerment for students in kindergarten through 12th grade, who require additional academic support. The program is a partnership between the Village and local schools.

Wellington seeks local teachers and residents to become tutoring volunteers.

Tutoring will take place in HYPE Hall, located inside the Community Services Youth and Family Center.
