Farrell West requires a review and recommendation by the Planning, Zoning, and Adjustment Board, prior to two hearings and final action by the Village Council. The Farrell East applications, also known as the Tennis House, have been withdrawn by the applicant.

Village Council – First Hearing
May 30, 2023 – Comprehensive Plan Amendment (CPA) application only (requires two hearings). The Master Plan Amendment (MPA) only requires one hearing and will be heard at the second hearing of the CPA. Council recommended approval (5-0) of the first reading of the CPA.
Village Council – Second Hearing
July 11, 2023 - CPA and MPA. The CPA and MPA was approved by Council.
Architectural Review Board
August 23, 2023 - Review of all elevations.

Farrell West
Farrell West is located at the southwest corner of Forest Hill Boulevard and Polo Club Road. The subject site is 22.983 acres The applicant seeks approval to convert the southern portion of the North Course golf course into 27 single-family residences. A Comprehensive Plan Amendment and a Master Plan Amendment are required.
