Upcoming Review & Approval Meeting Schedule
Both proposals require a review and recommendation by the Planning, Zoning, and Adjustment Board, prior to hearings and final action by the Village Council. Farrell West requires two hearings by Council and Farrell East requires one hearing by Council due to the types of applications requested.

Farrell West is located at the southwest corner of Forest Hill Boulevard and Polo Club Road. The subject site is 22.983 acres The applicant seeks approval to convert the southern portion of the North Course golf course into 27 single-family residences. A Comprehensive Plan Amendment and a Master Plan Amendment are required.
Farrell East is located at the southeast corner of Polo Club Road and Wimbledon Circle. The subject site is 9.42 acres. The applicant seeks approval to convert the existing Tennis House facility into 14 single-family residences. A Master Plan Amendment is required.
