Visit the Customer Self Service (CSS) Portal to submit a Plan (Application), pay invoices, or search public records. Visit the CSS User Manual for detailed instructions on how to navigate the CSS system.
NOTICE TO RESIDENTS- Effective July 1, 2019
Pursuant to Florida House Bill 1159, codified at Chapter 2019-155, Laws of Florida, a vegetation removal permit is not required for pruning, trimming, or removal of a tree on residential property if the property owner obtains documentation from an arborist certified by the International Society of Arboriculture or a Florida licensed landscape architect that the tree presents a danger to persons or property. If you remove a tree without a permit, you will be required to supply the documentation to Code Compliance upon request. If you do not have the proper documentation, the removal will be considered a violation of the Land Development Regulations (LDR). All other landscaping requirements of the LDR are in full effect.
