Clerk's Office


The Village Clerk's Office maintains and preserves the Village's public records. In addition, the Clerk's office attests to and signs official contracts and documents, prepares Council Meeting agendas, attends and transcribes the proceedings of Council meetings, serves as liaison to the Village's boards and committees, conducts all municipal elections, performs legal advertising for the Village and oversees operation of the mail room and courier service.
