2012Wellington Idol Semi-Finalists Announced
Wellington is proud to announce its Top 24 competitors in the first-ever Wellington Idol talent competition! The first round of the Wellington Idol talent competition took place on Friday, January 27th and Saturday, January 28th at the Wellington Amphitheater located at 12100 Forest Hill Boulevard. Our Semi-Finalists, in alphabetical order, are as follows:

The Top 24 contestants advance to the Semi-Finals on Friday, February 10th beginning at 7:30 pm at the Wellington Amphitheater. The Top 12 performers will return to the Amphitheater for the Finals on Saturday, February 11th at 7:30 pm for one last performance and the dramatic announcement of the winners. The Finals will be taped and broadcast at a later date on Comcast Channel 18.
The Grand Prize winner of Wellington Idol will go home with a $750 cash prize as well as a full scholarship sponsored by Talent INC to attend the Talent INC National Talent Conference & Showcase at the Hilton Walt Disney World Resort in March – a prize valued at $1,950! This conference will afford the Wellington Idol winner the ability to perform in front of 25 top talent agencies. Three Runners-Up will each receive a $250 cash prize.
