Program Registration

Online Registration


You can register for most programs online using our WebTrac online registration system.

By default your username and password are set to your Household Number, found on the top left corner of your registration receipts.

Please Note: If you are a first-time registrant, you will need to register in person at the Wellington Community Center (12150 Forest Hill Boulevard) or the Village Park Gymnasium (11700 Pierson Road) to establish a household in the system. After registering for the first time, you will be able to use this site for future registrations.

 In-Person Registration


First-time participants must register in-person at the Wellington Community Center (12150 Forest Hill Boulevard) or the Village Park Gymnasium (11700 Pierson Road). Proof of address such as a utility bill or driver's license will be required to qualify for resident rates.

 Fax Registration


Previous participants may also register by faxing in a completed program registration form to (561) 791-4009. A receipt will be mailed to the address on file for the household.
