"Going paperless" helps the environment, saves tax-payer money and you still have access to your past bills, and your consumption and payment history. Plus we'll send you monthly e-mail notification when your statement is available online

- receive, review and pay your utility bill from any computer with Internet access ... from home, work, or even out of town
- access your past utility bills online at anytime
- review consumption, bill and payment history reports quickly and easily
- review bill notices through your email
- choose to receive email bills only, or
still receive your paper bills along with
the email notification
e-Bill Notification is perfect for staying organized since you can:
- save your bills electronically
- or print them as needed and
- choose your favorite way to pay (like Online Payments or Automatic Bill Pay program or over the Phone)

How it works
Each month, you'll receive an e-mail that
includes a summary of your bill information
along with links to our online Utility Center
which will allow you to review your bill, review
past bills, view your consumption history,
billing history and payment history, and make
payments online.
You can choose to
- click and view your online bill
- pay your bill from the link provided, or
- use another payment method.
Once you complete the simple enrollment
process, you will receive your first e-Bill
Notification with your next bill. If you so
choose, you will still receive your paper bill
through the US mail (but we recommend that
you discontinue receiving the paper bills).
Enroll
Enrolling is easy. You just need
- Internet access
- an e-mail address
- your Utility account number and
- your name, home phone and an alternate
contact phone

Utility Bill payment options
Now you have the flexibility of combining e-Bill Notification with electronic payment methods. For example, you can receive your bill by e-mail and combine it with these options:

Automatic Bill Pay-- Have your bill always paid, always on time on the date you select during the qualifying period. Contact Customer Service at (561) 791-4010 to sign up for automatic bill pay.
- Pay Online -- The flexibility to make payments at online one time, two times or every time
with same day posting .
- Pay By Phone -- call in your payment and it will credit to your account within minutes. Call Monday through Friday, between 8am - 5pm at (561) 791-4010 (by Visa, MC, Amex only)
