NOTICE OF A REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AND PUBLIC FORUM

January 14, 2010

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Regular Meeting of the Wellington Council will be held on Tuesday, January 26, 2010 at 7:00 P.M. located at the Wellington Community Center, 12165 W. Forest Hill Boulevard, Wellington, Florida. A Public Forum will be held at the conclusion of the meeting.

The purpose of this meeting is to transact any and all business, which may come before the Council.

The purpose of the Public Forum is to receive input from the Public on issues relating to Wellington. Persons who would like to place items on the Public Forum agenda should contact the Manager’s Office before 5 p.m. on Monday, January 18, 2010 prior to the Public Forum.

If a person decides to appeal the decision of the Council with respect to any matter considered at the public meetings herein referred, he or she may need to insure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Americans With Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in these meetings, because of a disability or physical impairment, should contact the Manager’s Office (561) 791-4000 at least five calendar days prior to the Hearing.
