PINE TREE WATER CONTROL DISTRICT NOTICE OF A REGULAR BOARD MEETING

January 14, 2010

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Regular Meeting of the Board of Supervisors will be held on Thursday, January 21, 2010 at 6:00 P.M. at the Village Meeting Hall, 14000 Greenbriar Blvd., Wellington, Florida.

The purpose of this meeting is to transact any and all business, which may come before the Board.

If a person decides to appeal the decision of the Board with respect to any matter considered at the public meeting herein referred, he or she may need to insure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Americans With Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in this meeting, because of a disability or physical impairment, should contact the District Manager’s Office (561) 791-4000 at least five calendar days prior to the Hearing.
