Notice of Filing Engineer's Report for Pine Tree Water Control District

Notice is given to all persons interested in the following described land and property in Palm Beach County, Florida, viz.: All of Section 13, Township 44 South, Range 40 East containing 638.9, more or less acres included within the Pine Tree Water Control District that the engineer hereto appointed to determine benefits and damages to the property and lands situated in the district and to determine the estimated cost of construction required by the water control plan, within or without the limits of the district, under the proposed water control plan or plan amendment, filed his report in the office of the secretary of the district, located at 14000 Greenbriar Boulevard, Wellington, Florida, on the 17th day of July, 2009, and you may examine the report and file written objections with the secretary of the district to all, or any part thereof, on or before August 19, 2009.

The report recommends the construction and operation of a new pump station for the Rustic Ranches Sub-division which will have approximate benefits to the affected property owners of 6.4 million dollars at a cost of $684,000. A final hearing to consider approval of the report and proposed water control plan or plan amendment shall be held on August 27, 2009 at 6:00 pm at Wellington Meeting Hall located at 14000 Greenbriar Boulevard, Wellington, Florida.
