Special Magistrate Hearing

Mission

The Special Magistrate Hearing shall adopt rules for the conduct of its hearings; subpoena alleged violators, witnesses and evidence to its hearings; take testimony under oath and issue orders commanding whatever steps are necessary to bring a violation into compliance.
