Planning, Zoning & Adjustments Board

Mission

The Planning, Zoning & Adjustments Board shall make recommendations regarding proposed amendments to the comp plan, to land development regulations and on applications for rezoning and development permits; perform the functions of a local planning agency; approve or deny variances to the Land Development Regulations; approve or reverse decisions made by the Director of Planning, Zoning, Building & Code Enforcement or the Village Engineer; and conduct hearings on impact fees.
