How do I turn my water off/on?

If you need to turn your water on or off, please contact our office at 561-791-4010, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm; or visit our Customer Service Center centralized office at 12794 Forest Hill Boulevard Suite 23 (in the existing PZB offices at the original Wellington Mall). You will need to complete an application and a deposit is required. (Please click here to visit the Forms page - see last four items on the right). The deposit can be paid by cash, check, money order, or a credit card (Visa, Master Card, or American Express). We request a 24 hour notice for all new services.

Water Bill Cycle?

Water meters are read every month. Bills are generated once a week from the meter reads and are due 21 days from the bill date. Bill dates are determined by the service area.

How to Report Water Main Breaks

To report a water main break, please contact our Customer Service Center at 561-791-4010, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm; All other times, please contact our emergency number at 561-791-4037.
