Holiday Trash Collection Schedule

There will be no Garbage, Recycling or Vegetation collection on Thanksgiving and Christmas Days

Wellington residents receive regular collection service on all holidays, with the exception of Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. If your service day falls on one of these two holidays, you will NOT have service and your items for that specific day will be collected on the next regularly scheduled service day. THERE IS NO MAKE-UP COLLECTION DAY!

During a Hurricane
If your Garbage, Recycling or Vegetation collection day is during a hurricane, you will NOT have service, it will be collected on your next scheduled day for that material.

Even though administrative offices are closed THERE WILL BE NORMAL SCHEDULED COLLECTION SERVICES ON THE FOLLOWING HOLIDAYS:

New Year’s Day - January 1, 2009
Martin Luther King Jr. Day - January 21, 2009
President’s Day - February 18, 2009
Memorial Day - May 26, 2009
Independence Day - July 4, 2009
Labor Day - September 1, 2009
Columbus Day - October 13, 2009
Veteran’s Day - November 11, 2009
Floating Holiday - November 28, 2009
