REGULAR WELLINGTON COUNCIL MEETING

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Regular Wellington Council Meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Wellington City Hall, 12300 Forest Hill Blvd., Wellington, FL.  A Public Forum will be held at the conclusion of the Regular Agenda.
 
The purpose of this meeting is to transact any and all business, which may come before the Council.  The purpose of the Public Forum is to receive input from the Public on issues relating to Wellington. Persons who would like to place items on the Public Forum agenda should contact the Manager’s Office before 6 p.m. on Monday, July 2, 2012.

If a person decides to appeal the decision of the Wellington Council with respect to any matter considered at the public meetings herein referred, he or she may need to insure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Americans With Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in these meetings, because of a disability or physical impairment, should contact the Manager’s Office (561) 791-4000 at least five calendar days prior to the meeting.
