Ordinance 2017-11 adopted on September 26, 2017 has eliminated the DRC meetings. The process was changed to a Development Review Manager (DM) process. The project DM will schedule a meeting as needed with the reviewers and/or applicant.
* The petitions currently in the DRC process will remain and a DRC meeting will be scheduled as needed for that project.
Effective immediately: All planning and zoning petitions that required Development Review Committee (DRC) certification are REQUIRED TO SCHEDULE AN IN-TAKE MEETING when submitting the application. If the application is not sufficient for review, the application will not be accepted. If the application is sufficient, a DRC date will be provided at the In-take meeting.
