If you’re not currently a homeowner, here’s an opportunity you can’t afford to miss!

In partnership with Palm Beach County, Wellington will begin to accept applications to purchase renovated homes purchased and renovated through the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) beginning Tuesday, May 3, 2011 beginning at 8 am.  Complete applications shall be turned in to the Wellington's Homeownership Center located at 13833 Wellington Trace Suite E15.

Wellington will host NSP informational sessions on the first Saturday of every month until the five homes are sold to income-qualified families who do not currently own a home.  Below is a table of the maximum incomes in relation to household size along with the corresponding available homes:
