Wellington Kicks off Holiday Season with 9th Annual Hometown Holiday Toy Drive

Tis the season to support those in need, and in the spirit of the holidays Wellington is partnering with Wellington InterFaith, the Christopher Aguirre Foundation, the Mall at Wellington Green, the Wellington Holiday Run, Palm Beach County Fire Rescue, and the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office for its 9th Annual Hometown Holiday Toy Drive. 
 
“The holidays are about giving and helping those in need,” said Mayor Anne Gerwig. “Our residents have always been generous in assisting those less fortunate and ensuring every child has a magical holiday.  Your continued participation in our toy drive is greatly appreciated as we celebrate this holiday season.”

Residents are encouraged to drop off new, unwrapped toys by Tuesday, December 19th at any of the following locations:

Community Services Office
1092 Wellington Trace

Village Park
11700 Pierson Road

Wellington Community Center
12150 Forest Hill Boulevard
Lake Wellington Professional Centre
12133 Ken Adams Way
Ultima Fitness

 Fire Rescue Stations All Wellington locations

Monetary donations are also accepted and are tax-deductible; please contact Meridith Tuckwood, Senior Services Specialist at 561-310-3626 for more information.
